Rentplus Homes is a registered affordable provider with the Regulator of Social Housing.
Our unique rent to buy model allows you to move into the home you will one day own without the burden of a hefty deposit. You can enjoy the comfort of your dream home whilst paying an affordable rent for a period of 5, 10, 15, or 20 years. During this time, you can save up for a deposit and build a robust credit rating, laying the groundwork for financial security and easy access to securing a future mortgage.
Rentplus turns renters into homeowners
Unlike traditional rented and homeownership schemes, when the time is right you will benefit from a gifted deposit from Rentplus equal to 10% of the value of your home. This will enable you to access regular high street mortgages at a lower Loan to Value (LTV) rate helping you overcome the deposit barrier and improve your mortgage affordability.
When you buy the home that you’ve been renting, you’ll receive a gifted deposit from Rentplus equivalent to 10% of the value of your home to put towards your purchase. This provides additional equity in your home to top up your savings.
